Ghana Premier League Referee Emmanuel Offei tragically passed away Tuesday after being involved in an accident in the Eastern Region.
Offei was reportedly stading by a roadside in Adukrom when an out of control mini bus rammed into him, killing him.
The mini bus was attempting to climb a small hill when it derailed, losing control and reversing course with speed, running over Offei.
His body has since been deposited at the Tetteh Quarshie Memorial Hospital in Mampong Akuapem pending autopsy and burial.
