Of course no one expect such a criminal to be given a luxurious treat but subjecting a criminal to such a heinous sentence is sickening. They are humans after all and as such deserving of the best treating ever possible.
A notorious rapist and paedophile identified as Badoo was apprehended in the Ikorodu area of Lagos state and burnt to death by an angry mob.
Baddo was reportedly caught after allegedly raping an 8-year-old girl at Ota, Oode Ibeshe, Ikorodu during a celestial church vigil. The dreaded criminal who had been a menace to the community was caught while hiding inside a primary school. He was then stripped naked, beaten mercilessly and set ablaze.
This instant justice nonsense really must stop. What baffles me is how all the people gathered were able to stand unrelenting and made no attempt or whatsoever to prompt the Police.
This is not just wrong, it is sheer wickedness to humanity —and how different is the one who executed this savage act from the rapist?.
