Singer/songwriter Sia has joined the cast of the upcoming Hasbro and Lionsgate movie ‘My Little Pony’, set to voice one of the characters as well as to contribute two songs to the movie’s soundtrack.
The news of Sia’s addition to the franchise was made Friday during this year’s Comic-con, Deadline reported.
Sia would play pony pop star Songbird Serenade, and would represent one of the first attempts at acting for the multitalented singer.
‘My Little Pony’ : The Movie would star Sia alongside Uzo Aduba, Emily Blunt, Kristen Chenoweth, Taye Diggs and Michael Pena.
