Hacker Behind The Mass Leak Of Celebrity N*de Photos: Andrew Helton Receives Six Month Jail Sentence

One of the hackers behind the mass leak of celebrity n*de photos that leaked a couple years ago, Andrew Helton, has been sentenced to six months in jail after pleading guilty.
The leak, the so-called ‘Fappening’, saw Helton and other hackers gaining access to hundreds of Google accounts, as well as breaking into Apple’s famed iCloud.
The hackers then released n*de photos of several celebs whose accounts they had gained access into, including Jennifer Lawrence, Gabrielle Union and Kate Upton.
U.S. District Judge John A. Kronstadt sentenced Helton to a six month term Thursday, as well as a two year supervised sentence release after he serves his term. He also had to pay a fine of $3,000.
