'Dancehall King' - Shatta Wale
Ghana’s self-appointed ‘dancehall king’, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, known in showbiz as Shatta Wale, has hinted at the possibility of hanging up his mic quite soon.
Shatta recently held a tell it all interview with Delay, in which he made his feelings on the subject known.
“I’ve told my manager I want to retire by 2020 and I’m working towards that.” The controversial artiste told the show host, real name Deloris Frimpong Manso.
“I save a lot and don’t spend too much, so when I want to buy anything any day, I can go ahead and do it”, he added.
Words are wind, I’ve heard more than once. I’ll believe this when I see it.
