Okyeame Kwame has been quite the gentleman throughout his career, and it seems not even his most strident haters can get under his skin.
It was only a few days ago that K.K Fosu, perhaps having never heard of the concept of irony, declared that Okyeame Kwame’s career was ‘dead’.
We don’t know what he was smoking at the time, but fans did not let him get away with the comments, blasting him high and wide all over social media. Some veered into the realm of personal attacks, as usual.
Deciding to be the bigger man, Okyeame Kwame pleaded on behalf of K.K during an appearance on Pluzz Fm. He said insulting him isn’t right and noone should indulge in it.
“I want to take this opportunity to apologize on behalf of KK Fosu because I have heard a lot of insults have been rained on him online and on radio.
“No matter what he said, I believe insulting him is not the way to go. We need unity in the industry to develop. So my fans, please, forgive KK Fosu.”
Classy move from the ‘rap dacta’, portraying more maturity than K.K did in that baseless attack.
