You see the problem with Sarkodie’s fans—let me say some of them…
My post about credit card, Footlocker, accent, diction and others was just to point out the inherent irony in Sark-and M.anifest’s style, the bedrock of Sark’s risible diss-track.
Yet, a bunch of these Azonto fans couldn’t spot the hovering irony in a rapper who has stayed all his life in Ghana asking to be positioned closer to America than the one who actually has an entrenched relationship with America—and proceeds to brag about his stint with America.
It’s like an Italian coming to Ghana and you trying to “flex” him with Pizza, simply because he has opted for waakye.
But then why am I bothering myself with irony when these people think Free and Pro Bono literally mean two different things.
Perhaps, “inter alia” and “among other things” also mean two different things to Sark and his fans.
