It emerged a few days ago that Ghanaian super movie star-Abraham Attah of Beasts of No Nation fame has scored a role in Spider-Man: Homecoming—and he is already on set in Atlanta where shooting is taken place.
The Ghanaian movie star joins recent additions Donald Glover, Martin Starr and Logan Marshall-Green, alongside the webslinger played by Tom Holland, with Robert Downey Jr playing Iron Man and Michael Keaton playing The Vulture, all in Jon Watts-directed pic from Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios.
Though everyone around Abraham Attah and the production is holding a tight lip on details of his role in the movie, his Ghana based management has mentioned on Hitz Fm that Abraham Attah is not an extra in the film—but playing a really important role in the plot.
We already know that, Holland is playing Peter Parker and Tomei will portray Aunt May while Keaton is on board for the role of a villain.
Also, Zendaya, Michael Barbieri, Kenneth Choi, Tony Revolori and Marisa Tomei are all also starring in Spider-Man: Homecoming which is schedule to hit theaters on July 7, 2017.
