The flood situation in Ghana is not something to joke about yet trust Ghanaians to make jokes out of anything.
Torrential rains throughout Thursday has left large parts of the city of Accra in terrifying floods. Amidst reports that Uber has started operations in Ghana today, a concerned citizen wanted to know if they had a service for when the rains really kick in.
As hilarious as that tweet is, it sums up how flawed we are as a nation.
