The United States of America may possibly have its first female president soon—and in Africa, we currently have Liberian president-Ellen Johnson Sirleaf in office.
The idea of a female president is no more a distant dream around the world, and certainly, Ghana will one day have a woman as a president.
But according to TV presenter, Gifty Anti, even though Ghana needs a female president—Akua Donkor is not the sort of example or leader we need.
Speaking on Accra 100.5FM, Gifty Anti is reported to have said the founder and leader of the Ghana Freedom Party (GFP) is not the right example of a female in the presidential race— but did not go ahead to explain why.
Whatever it’s, we all know Akua Donkor is not a presidential material even if we are in dare need of a female president.
