Ex Kumasi Asante Kotoko board member, Kennedy Agyapong, popularly known as Kenpong has expressed sincere thanks to all who supported him during the burial of his mother (Janet Yaa Biamah) over the weekend at Kwahu Mpraeso.
He said, “Thanks to all who traveled from far and near, and supported me in diverse ways during my mum’s funeral. I am most grateful.”
He continued, “Ghanaians showed me true love and words can’t express how thankful my family and l are.
Otumfuo decorating my mother with royal symbolic ornaments is much appreciated. l am told it’s the first time Asantehene has done something of this kind for someone who has served the club.”
Kenpong also paid glowing tribute to Dr Mahmoud Bawumia, Vice-Presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party, President John Mahama, Chief of Defense staff, Deputy Eastern Regional Minister, Ex-President John Kufuor, Nana Akufo-Addo, Kwahu chiefs as well as his business counterparts for rallying behind him.
