Abraham Attah paid a courtesy call on the US ambassador to Ghana, Robert Jackson, as he continues canvassing for support for the Abraham Attah Ghana Summit.
The summit is a peace project centred on youth motivation and peace building in light of the upcoming elections.
Attah, who shot to fame after appearing in the Netflix production ‘Beasts of No Nation’- is drumming up support for the project- and met the UK High Commissioner to Ghana, Jon Benjamin, in a similar meeting on Tuesday.
“My role as a child soldier in Beast of No Nation gave me a picture of a conflict zone. I got scared after watching the full movie and that has encouraged me to embark on the Peace and Youth focus agenda.” He told Benjamin during that meeting.
Attah has also met Excellence in Broadcasting (EIB) network CEO Bola Ray in pursuant of the project.
