Amanda Acquah has dispelled rumours that Afriyie Acquah has called it quits with her.
Speaking to PeaceFmOnline.com, the mother-of-one and ex-wife of Kennedy Adjepong a.k.a Kenpong, said even though the pair are having some marital problems, they are still legally and customarily together.
“We are not divorced, we are just separated. We have been separated since March this year,” she said. “Afriyie is in Italy and I am in London but we are still married and Afriyie Acquah is still my husband. My family has not received any drink from his family asking for divorce and we have not signed any divorce papers”
When quizzed why Afriyie’s family are insisting they are no longer together, Amanda said it is because her mother-in-law hates her.
Amanda added that despite their separation, Afriyie Acquah still performs his roles as a husband. “He still takes care of me and performs his responsibilities as my husband. He sends me money like he always does and nothing has changed,” she said.
On her husband’s reaction to her sextape, she said he is not happy that the video has leaked.
