Nadia Buari has said that even though people generally perceive her as arrogant, its due to a misreading of her personality, which she describes as ‘painfully shy’.
The actress made an appearance on Starr Chat with Bola Ray Wednesday, and was asked to comment on assertions by fans that she is arrogant.
But Nadia pushed back against that characterisation, saying she can be described as weird, or shy, but certainly not arrogant.
“I think I am a weirdo, naturally sometimes I can be a nerd” she told Bola.
“I am painfully shy and really nervous but a lot of people don’t believe that…but I am extremely shy,” she continued.
She added that there is no arrogance to her attitude, just that she is very shy.
