The embodiment of the origins of hiplife, and the face of its unmistakable future; would be on display when two legendary rappers meet on stage to do what they do best.
The ‘This is Hiplife’ concert is a collaborative effort between Obrafour and M.anifest; and is a production of Execution Entertainment to showcase the duo.
M.anifest has had a stunning relationship with the ‘rap sofor’ since his arrival on the scene, having featured him in one of his biggest tracks to date, ‘No Shortcut to Heaven’. Just over a fortnight ago, Obrafour publicly congratulated M.anifest on the release of the music video for his single with Bisa Kdei, ‘Waniaba’. There seems to be a lot of mutual admiration between the two.
The ‘This is Hiplife’ concert is yet to have an official date, and perhaps other artists on the bill; we’ll update this as soon as more info trickles in.
What’s sure for now is that it’s going to be a show with two talented rappers doing their own thing.
