Recently, SCOAN head pastor T.B Joshua was in the news after claiming Ghana might be at risk of a terrorist attack.
The preacher claimed he had foreseen the coming attack, possibly on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
According to Kwesi Pratt, who has been one of the more vocal critics of the Prophet for giving the so-called ‘prophecy’; the Prophet’s action of linking Ghana to terrorism had a negative impact internationally.
According to him, over 600 foreign dignitaries cancelled trips to Ghana over the terror fears, including a high profile IMF delegation.
“After T.B Joshua’s prophecy of terrorists plotting to visit Ghana, six hundred foreign visitors cancelled their trips to Ghana…the IMF delegation also cancelled their trip as a result of this…,” he said.
Joshua, in a sermon a fortnight ago, said that Ghana and neighbours Nigeria are at risk of a terrorist attack.
“I am seeing Thursday, Friday, Saturday – if I may say Thursday – because these evil people they are very funny. Anything can just happen.” he said.
“I see Thursday, Friday. Pray for these two nations – Nigeria and Ghana – over gathering in any way; over attack. I am seeing attack and that will be in a foreign way. The attack will come not in a local way.”
Joshua, exactly, a week later, reversed the prophecy.
