Former Nananom rapper Omanhene Pozo is currently hospitalised and is set to undergo brain surgery as his health continues to deteriorate.
The formerly vibrant hiplife star has been hospitalised for weeks now, domiciled in a wheelchair and unable to carry out some of the basic functions of life. He’s largely immobile, and apparently suffers from brain tumor, a condition that would require surgery to correct.
According to myjoyonline, the family of the rapper is struggling to keep up with paying his expenses. Some of his properties have been put on sale to accommodate the raised costs.
The Ghana Music Rights Organisation (GHAMRO) has already gone to visit the artiste, donating an undisclosed sum of money to him.
Doctors at the 37 Military Hospital have carried out numerous tests on him, and are awaiting results to determine if he’s fit for surgery. The singer has been suffering from this illness for the past six months.
