The sequel to the 2015 highly successful spy flick ‘Kingsman: The Secret Service’ is shaping up, and it looks like it would be a blockbuster to rival the first one.
Titled ‘Kingsman: The Golden Circle’, the sequel would see the return of Taron Egerton as spy Gary ‘Eggsy’ Uwin, as well as two new A-list additions to the cast, Halle Berry and Juliane Moore.
In the movie, Eggsy travels to the US equivalent of ‘Kingsman’, ‘The Statesmen’, which is run by Halle Berry. Whilst there, things go downhill, and he has to take on the might of the new villain Poppy, played by Julianne Moore. Director Matthew Vaughn would make his return.
‘Kingsman: The Secret Service’ grossed over $400m worldwide and was one of the most surprise box office hits of 2015.
‘Kingsman: The Golden Circle’ is expected to hit cinemas on June 16, 2017.
