Ghana captain Asamoah Gyan would miss the Black Stars crucial Cup of Nations qualifier against Mozambique on Thursday, after picking up a knock in training.
Baby Jet limped out of training Wednesday morning, and team officials have revealed that he would need close to a week to recover, definitively ruling him out of tomorrow’s game.
The Black Stars are deep in preparation to take on The Mambas of Mozambique in a double header Cup of Nations qualifier in Accra and Maputo.
The first leg comes off on March 24, with the second leg slated for three days later, on the 27th.
