British High Commissioner Jon Benjamin Passes Wry Joke On Florence Obinim’s Defence Of Her Husband’s Snake Turning Powers

British High Commissioner to Ghana, Jon Benjamin, is one of those most exasperated with the antics of Obinim.
Perhaps as a skeptic with some thinking abilities, Benjamin is offended by the insult to his and Ghanaian’s intelligence that Obinim proffers everyday with his rubbish snake turning stories.
And now his wife, Florenece Obinim, has also joined the fray. Speaking at a women’s fellowship meeting, Florence, who is also a gospel musician, said if anyone attacks God’s children, Bishop Obinim would turn into a snake and bite them.
A bemused Benjamin, commented on the story of Florence’s defence of Obinim on twitter. He wrote, after Florence said her husband turns into a snake: “So, not a bird then? And what does she do with him when he’s in snake mode? Oh, never mind, let’s not even go there.”
