The ‘Wrecking Ball’ singer went shopping in New York’s SoHo on Monday, accompanied by her mum Tish Cyrus, and her outfit was certainly eye-gouging.
Whilst going through the stores with her mom, she was pictured in a revealing braless top that did very little to hide her boobs.
