Houston Rockets star James Harden is furious, after ex-girl Khloe Kardashian threw him under the bus for the entire world to see.
Khloe and Harden had a little fling, one which was hastily interrupted by Lamar Odom’s medical troubles, a blow it never recovered from. Yet whilst both parties are thought to have moved on, Khloe Kardashian revealed a nugget that has gotten the NBA star furious.
In an excerpt from an upcoming episode of her shot ‘Kocktails with Khloe’, she revealed that her relationship with Harden failed because he cheated on her.
“I just don’t want to put up with people who say ‘You want to be monogamous, but then you’re not monogamous’,” she said.
She added that James was the one pushing for an exclusive relationship, but then failed to live up to his end of the bargain.
“I’ve always said, it’s long distance we don’t need to be monogamous. There’s a lot of sh*t going on in both of our lives.
“He sought me out. He wanted to be committed. Then, wasn’t committed. So Koko had to let him go, go. It’s literally everything on a platter. I’m not telling you I’m not going to hang out with you.” She continued.
“So I was like great, this guy is in it for the long haul, let’s do it. Found out he wasn’t and I got the receipts to prove it.”
But in a swift response, the NBA star is said to have attributed the revelation to a typical Kardashian need to boost tv ratings.
“He’s really pissed she blasted him like that when, for the most part, he’s kept their relationship private,” a source close to James told Hollywood Life.
“But that’s a Kardashian for you. She threw him under the bus to spark some ratings on her show. But it’s cool. It’s whatever. They’re over now and he’s happy and so are his teammates and his friends. Now he can focus on real reality, not her fake reality.”
Khloe for her part, seems content on who she plans to marry, and no one’s surprised that it’s Odom she’s looking at.
“I mean, that would be like the best dream” she said, when asked about the possibility of re-marrying the former NBA star.
“I hope that first marriage could happen again; but it’s really hard to erase everything that happened.” She added on a sobering note.
