I love how this guy, like most of these pastors, unconsciously portray God as someone who realises tragedies are about to happen, but does nothing about it unless people beg him. It’s a very human need for self aggrandisement that the supposed creator of the universe should be bigger than.
But that’s precisely how these omnipotent deities are portrayed, because bad things happen every day, which they presumably see but could care less about.
Rev Owusu Bempah made countless predictions before the year began, including some saying that tragedies would hit the country unless we pray hard to prevent them. With numerous violent clashes, murdered MP’s, and the gory Kintampo crash so far, he’s feeling comfortable enough to come out and say all that is happening because instead of heeding his warnings, Ghanaians mocked and ridiculed him.
One of those who mocked and ridiculed him was Kwaku Bonsam, and Bempah in return threatened to behead Bonsam. Yet people still takes him seriously as a pastor.
Adomonline reports…
General Overseer of Glorious Word Power Ministry International, Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah is blaming Christians in the country for the incessant murders and accidents in the country.
According to him, God told him that the impending disaster could be reversed through intensive prayers but Christians ignored it and rather chastised him for delivering the prophecy.
Rev. Owusu Bempah in an interview on Adom FM Evening News Friday said “we should blame ourselves for the tragedies”.
He said the unfortunate incidents could have been prevented if Christians had not criticized him and rather prayed to prevent it from happening.
The prophet explained that it is because a blood thirty evil spirit has entered the country to cause havoc thus only prayers by Christians could drive it away.
Rev. Owusu Bempah said the deaths, accidents and murders would be worse if nothing is done to avert it.
The prophet, who claimed to have started prayers, charged Christians in the country to commence intensive prayers in order to avert the imminent disaster.
