Valentine’s Day this year has been one hell of a roller coaster.
From Kanye melting down on twitter, announcing he’s broke and begging for money, to the unfortunate girl who was stabbed to death by her boyfriend for refusing him s*x, or the one who pranked his girl by pretending to propose just to ask for tea!
You can add actress Lauren Lapkus to that list, who chose Valentine’s day to announce her divorce from her husband, Chris Alvarado.
Lapkus posted the message on Instagram, accompanied by a photo of the two of them. She wrote: “Happy Valentine’s Day. Today feels like the right time to post that Chris and I have decided to part ways. This has been a tough time but we are still friends and wish the best for each other,”
Lapkus played prison guard Susan Fischer for two seasons on the Netflix original series. She has also appeared in ‘Jurassic World’, and indulges in comedy from time to time. She and her husband got married in May 2014.
