Liziane Gutierrez, the woman who claimed she was assaulted at a Chris Brown party for attempting to take pictures of the singer, is now suing him for battery, theft and defamation.
Gutierez lodged a complaint against Chris for punching her in the face when she tried to take photos of him . She claimed her phone was also taken away from her- the incident supposedly happened at a party the singer held in Las Vegas.

Brown was cleared of all alleged wrongdoing in the criminal procedure, after cops dropped it for lack of evidence, but she has now filed a civil case.
According to TMZ, she’s suing the singer for the incident. She’s pressing battery, theft, and defamation claims. The last is for the singer dropping a video online in which he called her ‘too ugly’.
Breezy has survived every step of this allegation so far. Let’s see how this one pans out as well.
