Ghanaians recently found out Bishop Obinim had extra-terrestial powers that enable him to turn into snakes and lions whenever he wants- although he says those powers come from Jesus.
His comments have drawn condemnation from Ghanaians, both Chrisitians and non-Chrisitians alike. However, one person who disagrees with the criticisms is gospel singer Cwesi Oteng.
In a since deleted post on his Instagram page, Oteng derided those mocking and condemning the ‘man of God’ for his revelation. He claims slander is the only weapon Satan has to use against men of God.
After his fans failed to see any sense in what he had posted, Oteng was forced to take down the post. See what he wrote on Instagram below…
Really Cwesi I am done with you… no wonder!!!
If this is your kind of judgement , then you’ve lost your own God given abilities to think rationally and see through such gross preposterousness …. Where in the bible which is the guideline to your source of faith suggest that men of God should transmogrify into snakes & bite people to death , Are all those powers granted by the God you serve ? If your answer to the above question is yes , then I certainly wouldn’t want to have anything to do with that kind of God…… I believe we were all created with a special ingredient called conscience and it doesn’t lie … My conscience will never allow me to accept such vivid absurdity …..mr oteng ,you need to pray to your God to grant you the spirit of discernment ! You seem to lack that .
