North Korea’s leader-Kim Jong-un broadened the scope of his lunatic behaviour—and his war rhetoric has taken a useless but annoying form.
The dictator and his country have decided to act on their war mongering targeted at South Korea, a United Staties ally by using balloons to deliver human waste as well as propaganda messages into South Korea.
And in funny a retaliation, South Korea also approved “the resumption of broadcasts of pop music and propaganda via loudspeakers into the North,” reports The Telegraph.
According to the website;
North Korea has escalated its propaganda war with a new wave of balloon launches aimed at South Korea, and is now loading balloons with used toilet paper, tissues and cigarette butts.
The South Korean authorities were so concerned at the contents of balloons wafting over the heavily fortified Demilitarised Zone that they initially feared a biochemical attack, the JoongAng Daily reported.
South Korea resumed launches of balloons carrying propaganda into the North in the days after Pyongyang carried out its fourth underground nuclear test on January 6.
If you are wondering how North Korea is sending those propaganda balloons into South, they fix the balloons with a timer and a small explosive device, which are designed to drop their payload in the South and spread crude propaganda messages.
Per reports, “some of the estimated 1 million leaflets demand, “Stop the anti-North psychological warfare broadcasts that light the fuse of war”, while others accuse Park Geun-hye, the South Korean leader, of worsening tensions on the peninsula.”
