Like many major cities around the globe, Accra, the capital of Ghana, is experiencing intense spatial transformation where downgraded neighborhoods are being replaced with luxury housing, shopping malls, and offices; with such development improving the competitiveness of the city.
Global Properties, a real estate development and home building company, has teamed up with Swami India International Limited to launch an ultramodern estate in Accra.
Situated at East Legon Hills, Paradise Estate, as it’s called, is a modernistic gated community made affordable for all.
Speaking at the launch of the estate, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Global Properties, Mr. Saul Frazer said the main objective of establishing Paradise Estate is to provide quality and affordable housing for Ghanaians, as well as tourists and other investors.
According to him, a research conducted by the company revealed that most properties in Ghana had issues with their finishing qualities and materials so to stand out from the rest, they put much emphasis on the quality.
“The unique finding was that there are lots of properties available but we were kind of disappointed with the quality and finishing materials that were used. I can personally guarantee that whatever finishing quality you see at Paradise Estate, I’m not sure I’ve seen it anywhere in Ghana,” he said.
Stressing on the available facilities, Frazer said Global properties and Swami India are making good use of the land by developing a club house, restaurant, fitness center, pool, playground, sports complex etc.
He further stated that the safety of their residents is key to them; so for that reason, 24-hour security and outside surveillance is assured at Paradise Estate.
