KKD has gone through all the processes a celebrity who f*cks up goes through with the public, and he’s now back at the point where whatever happened is just a distant memory and he’s everybody’s best friend again.
The ace broadcaster over a year ago was arrested for allegedly raping a 19 year old girl. The ensuing scandal was as confusing as it was embarrassing, ending with the withdrawal of all charges against him before the court case had progressed past its initial stages.
During an appearance on the Cosmopolitan Mix on Joy Fm, KKD touched on the sensitive nature of the scandal, and being found sleeping with a 19 year old.
He acknowledged that consensual s*x is what happened, and that he did not rape the girl, as he has maintained all along. He also apologised to those sensitive ones who were grossed out that he was doing it with a teenager.
