Defamation Case Filed Against Bill Cosby’s By One Of His Alleged S*xual Assault Victims Thrown Out By Judge

One of the seemingly countless ladies making allegations of s*xual assault against Bill Cosby, Renita Hill; has had her case thrown out of court.
The judge in the suit rejected Hill’s claims of defamation against Cosby and his attorneys for calling her a liar when she came out with her allegations.
According to TMZ, “Renita Hill went public in 2014, claiming Cosby drugged and s*xually assaulted her in the ’80s, some of which occurred when she was a teenager working with him on the kids show, “Picture Pages.
“The judge in the case decided the statements made by Cosby and his team were opinions and generalizations about all the accusers … and therefore, not defamatory.”
Hill had claimed that comments passed by Cosby’s attorneys after she came out with her story had defamed her character. The judge it seemed was not buying that argument and tossed out the case unceremoniously.
