Donald Trump
Members of the British House of Commons on Monday debated a petition calling for Donald Trump to be banned from entering the UK; and it took a very unusual turn.
Almost universally, everyone who took the floor lambasted Trump with insults, for his repugnant policies and speeches. Trump has insulted Muslims, Latinos, and several other minorities since launching his campaign last year.
The online petition was started by Scotswoman Suzanne Kelly, and garnered well over 500,000 signatories. The House of Commons have to debate any petition that garners over 100,000 signatories.
