Ghana’s most controversial musician-Wanlov Da Kubolor who showed his own manhood on TV has jumped to the defend of Wisa, the rising Ghanaian musician who pulled his dingdong on stage during a performance at a recent concert in Accra.
But, Kubolor only defends Wisa partially—sort of saying he ought to have considered his setting before acting.
Speaking on GHOne TV, Wanlov said;
“As human as I am , I don’t have a problem with what Wisa did but as a Ghanaian, I do have issues with it. The reason is , Ghana is a country that takes culture and religion seriously unlike other countries who would prefer focusing on other things that will improve the lives of its citizenry.”
Considering Wanlov’s own past, his response does not come as a shock.
Meanwhile, earlier today, Wisa reappeared in court—and during his reappearance, the trial judge adjourned the case to January 25, after the state failed to provide witnesses to commence making their case.
Judge Abena Oppong Doku adjourned for 10 days to give the prosecution time to prepare.
Wisa has been charged with sexual assault and public indecency which he has pleaded not guilty, arguing that, what he showed on stage was not his manhood but a dildo.
