Shatta Wale has this afternoon submitted his nomination form to Charter House, the organisers of the annual Vodafone Ghana Music Awards—despite a pending court case between the two and also Shatta having in the past said he does not need their ‘useless’ awards.
Gradually, Shatta Wale is becoming a big joke to many people—but to others, he is just doing what’s right since they believe it was his former manager-Bulldog who pushed him to do some of the unnecessary things, including, asking Charter House not to ever nominate any of his songs.
Accompanied by film-maker, Socrate Sarfo and several others from his management team, Shatta Wale entered the premises of Charter House today and submitted his form.
When asked about the big u-turn, he said, his fans asked him to submit his works so they could attend the VGMAs so he did.
