Faith Evans and Snoop the ‘Doggfather’ hit the studio together to work on a new collaboration, five years after their last effort.
2010’s ‘The Way You Move’ was a playful ballad, but this time, the collaboration is a serious and poignant one- a tribute record for the late Notorious B.I.G.
Faith Evans, the late rapper’s wife, is producing an album in his honour titled ‘The King And I’. She therefore invited the rapper to work on a record together for the album.
‘The King And I’ would largely be a collection of duets featuring the late artist and Evans.
The late Biggie Smalls, born Christopher Wallace- was shot to death in 1997, during the infamous east coast-west coast rap feud. He got married to Evans in 1994, till his death three years later.
