Abrantie Amakye Dede is currently recuperating at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra, after being involved in a gory accident last weekend.
The news of his severe injuries he suffered, plus the unfortunate death of his manager Isaac Yeboah, was shocking to many, and everyone has tried to empathise with it on their own terms.
Thus the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, Elizabeth Ofosu Adjare, led a delegation of stakeholders in the sector to pay a visit on the highlife legend. Accompanied by members of MUSIGA and GHAMRO, the delegation also went to commiserate with Amakye on his loss.
Amakye Dede, after the visit, noted to the press that such visits would lift his spirits in such gloomy times.
“Visits such us this will strengthen me and provide speedy recovery progress,” he said.
The delegation, aside the Minister, was also composed of Rex Omar, Daddy Bosco, Nana Ampadu, Rex Omar, Obuor, Kojo Antwi, & Adofo.
