Hip life artiste Desmond Blackmore, popularly called D-Black- has announced that he is postponing the release date for his latest album.
The new album, ‘The Grey Area’, had been set for release on 12th January, to coincide with his birthday- but inability to complete it has led to him being forced to push it back.
D-Black made the revelation when speaking on YFm in Kumasi.
“I wanted to release my album on my birthday, January 12 2016- but it looks like we have to change the date because I have not been able to complete it yet.” He told NYDJ.
He also added that whilst he’s almost done, fans should give him just a little more time to put finishing touches on it, so it can attain that level of perfection.
“I’m 90% done though . I want to take my time and complete. This is because I have not released an album in three years. I want it to be perfect so I’m
begging my fans for another two more months.”
