Yvonne, who won the best actress in a leading role for her movie, ‘If Tomorrow Never Comes’, took to her Twitter account this morning to slam the organizers of the show while regretting submitting her movie.
“Honestly tho….Shouldn’t have submitted my movie! Crew told me,” she said. “Awards are meaningless! Pointless! Thanks but no thanks. GMA? A big JOKE”.
It will be recalled that the 30-year-old slammed the nominations of critically-acclaimed movie, ‘Beats of No Nation’ because of its big budget and foreign production. According Yvonne, the nominations of the Idris Elba-starred movie was “unfair”.
