With a few days to 2016, Ghana’s election year, political campaigns are expected to take off like wildfire—but before it all, Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings has advised Ghanaian electorates not to fall for the usual political gimmicks.
Nana Konadu took to her facebook early hours of today to advise Ghanaians to look beyond the usual political projects the incumbent government takes on during election year—by quickly building schools and constructing roads.
Instead, the electorates should take into consideration all what the government has done during its tenure and ensure that they vote out of power ‘INCOMPETENCE.’
They believe they can loot our resources, mismanage the country, collapse businesses and just turn up during election year and give tokens and pretend to be undertaking projects and Ghanaians will vote for them. Ghana be bold and say no to incompetence.
Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings is the wife of Ghana’s former president J.J Rawlings—she is the founder of National Democratic Party (NDP) and formerly was instrumental in the ruling NDC, until she broke off.
