Charlie Sheen has not been having an easy time since revealing his HIV positive status. He’s tried maintaining that he never willingly put anyone at risk, but that has been challenged at every single turn.

Recently, his p*rn star ex Scotine Rossi sued the actor, “accusing him of assault, battery, false imprisonment and failure to disclose to her that he was HIV-positive.”

Sheen at the time made note of the fact that he was going to fight this to the end, and he’s doing just that.

The actor, in his defense, says Rossi knew about his status, but wanted them to have unprotected s*x anyway because she wanted them to be like any normal couple.

He also claims that as a p*rn star, she has been exposed to STD’s hundreds of times in her career, so treating his like it’s a special case is disingenuous. He also denies ever physically abusing her, and says claims he forced her to get an abortion are ridiculous.

Basically, he’s saying Rossi is a gold digging wh*re who’s coming just after his money. Both sides lobbing accusations at the other, who to believe?
