Nicki Minaj’s elder brother is someone she’s very tight with, so much so she dropped $30,000 on his wedding without blinking an eye.

Jelani Maraj is on the wrong side of the law now, after being accused of raping a 12 year old girl in New York.

Jelani, 37, was arraigned before court in Long Island on Thursday, charged with first degree rape. A source close to the case revealed the victim was someone Jelani often had access to.

He was released on a $100,000 bail, set to reappear in court on December 9.
