Before Charlie Sheen’s shocking revelation last month that he was HIV-positive and has been for about 4 years now, BrutallyUncensored.Com in an article mentioned that Sheen by this act will open a floodgate of lawsuits against himself, considering his past of having been with countless women of different moral standards.
Now, the lawsuits have started rolling in—his ex fiancée has “filed a lawsuit accusing him of assault, battery, false imprisonment and failure to disclose to her that he was HIV-positive.” reports CNN.
The website adds that; “Scottine Ross filed the lawsuit Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court. She is seeking $1 million and earnings from Sheen’s canceled TV show, “Anger Management,” which was part of an alleged agreement between the couple.”
Scottine Ross is an adult film actress known as Brett Rossi—according to the lawsuit, she was in a relationship with Sheen from November 2013 to October 2014.
Charlie Sheen and his legal team say they are not going to allow anyone to take advantage of the unfortunate situation and are going to defend Ross’ lawsuits.
A statement from Sheen’s attorney said; “Charlie Sheen intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by Scottine Ross. And that “We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail on his claims for affirmative relief against her.”
According the suit, Sheen first met Ross “for the sole purpose of engaging in sex” and that “he would pay her $10,000.”
Ross said what started as a sex-for-hire relationship developed into a romantic relationship and she believed “that they would eventually be getting married.”
Ross adds that Sheen changed and “became a different person” while drinking to excess and doing drugs, becoming “violent and abusive.”
CNN says “the lawsuit alleges that, on several occasions, Sheen locked Ross in the bathroom, pushed her, dragged her by the arms, placed her in a chokehold and pointed an unloaded gun at her and repeatedly pulled the trigger.”
Ross claims that she only found out Sheen was HIV-positive when she discovered medication in a cabinet—and then Sheen later admitted his condition.
At this time, Ross in her lawsuit says she and Sheen had already had sex several times. The lawsuit does not say whether Ross is HIV-positive but states that; “As a result of this exposure, plaintiff has suffered serious emotional distress from a reasonable fear that she will contract HIV.”
That’s not all, the court documents also states that Sheen battered Ross on several occasions—one of these occasions was narrated; while Ross and were on a plane trip, Sheen tried to feed Ross French. When Ross refused, Sheen allegedly threw the fries across the plane, tossed his iPad on the floor, then stomped on it.
Ross also alleges that, while in Hawaii with Sheen, he threw her Tiffany bracelet into the ocean during a boat trip.
