Congratulations are certainly in order for Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan.

Zuckerberg just took to his Facebook account to announce that he is now a dad. “Priscilla and I are so happy to welcome our daughter Max into this world!” he said.

With the birth of their daughter, Zuckerberg and his wife plans to donate 99% of their Facebook shares, which is about $45 billion to help make the world a better place. “We will give 99% of our Facebook shares — currently about $45 billion — during our lives to join many others in improving this world for the next generation,” he vowed.
