It’s shocking that a group of young Ghanaian men who could have turned to plausible means to hold their leaders accountable believe superstition through CURSE is their best accessible tool.
Of course their antics say a lot about them—and the truth this, beyond these men, several Ghanaians believe in this Antoa hogwash, as if the gods really care about us.
For many years that we relied and continue to rely on these gods, they’ve proved to us that they don’t exist and even if they do, they really don’t give a hoot about fufu eating human beings.
Yet, we keep inviting them into our lives including public activities such as politics.
It’s also sad that a 21s century civilisation will sit on the floor, holding eggs and some cheap alcohol—throwing out some words and sincerely believing that some gods who probably are busy f**king each other are listening to them.
And guess what, it’s in relation to politics—as if the gods are too stupid not to already know how politicians roll if they actually exist.
Anyway, check out the video below…

Is this what Ghanaian politics has come to? How primitive! Tsk, tsk, tsk. NPP seems to be digging its own grave. All this embarrassing shenanigans and spraying of acid and the bad press are working hand in hand to contribute to the party’s demise a third time round. NDC has made a dog’s dinner of the economy but NPP and their silly antics are playing into John Mahama’s hands.
