It’s Official! The long awaited third studio album of everyone’s favourite heartbreak singer Adele, 25; has been announced by the singer herself.
The news of the upcoming album, slated for release on November 20- has been going around for a while. But the singer had never officially commented on the rumours, doing so with a lengthy social media post on Wednesday.
Adele, who took the world by storm with multi award winning ‘21’; said ‘25’ would be about the next chapter of her life. According to her statement, whilst her last album was a break-up album, this next one would be a ‘make-up’ one.
“My last record was a break-up record and if I had to label this one I would call it a make-up record. I’m making up with myself. Making up for lost time. Making up for everything I ever did and never did.
“But I haven’t got time to hold onto the crumbs of my past like I used to. What’s done is done. Turning 25 was a turning point for me, slap bang in the middle of my twenties.”
’25’comes out November 20, 2015.
