Ghanaian hip-life artiste, Lord Kenya who has been called to do the work of the Lord, says some popularly Ghanaian artistes will be called upon to join him in no time to spread the Gospel.
According to him God uses total strangers to change the life of others—and expand his missions too—so Shatta Wale, Okyeame Kwame, Obour and Dr. Cryme are on the wanted list of God to help win more souls.
The award winning musician believes God’s calling is unquestionable and no matter how someone lived his/her life in the past, God can transform that fellow—and give them the Christian heart of love to do His will.
“I wouldn’t be surprised to see Shatta Wale, Okyeame Kwame, Obour and Dr. Cryme doing the will of God because I have that feeling within. As a matter of fact, God uses total strangers to change lives of others so I strongly believe God will use them as well just as he is using me,” he told Afia Schwarzenegger on Aben Wo Ha on KasapaFM.
Lord Kenya who is against his friend, Ofori Amponsah’s decision to return to secular music disclosed that Ofori refused to answer his phone calls.
“Previously I defended Ofori Amponsah everywhere but I later felt in my spirit that Ofori will one day fall from his faith. Consequently I told him to remain firm in this faith until suddenly I heard him speaking about his comeback into High Life music. I tried calling him but Ofori refused to pick my calls, I only got the opportunity to speak to him on a popular radio station and advised him to call off his return into the showbiz circles,” he said.
