Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Livingstone Etse Setekla popularly known as Stonebwoy says he doesn’t have to sing like Phil Collins to prove how romantic he is.
According to him, some ladies have the perception that he is not romantic due to the kind of songs he records.
“Some girls may think I am not romantic but I am,” he said.
Stonebwoy disclosed in an interview with Dr Pounds on the ‘Hitz High Table’ show on Hitz FM that, he uses his song “Skin to Skin’ to boost his morale whilst making love.
He said, “I think I have a lot of songs that inspire the emotion but I think I will play ‘Skin to Skin’.”
The reigning Artiste of the Year of the Ghana Music Awards continued by saying, playing the wrong song at that particular time can destroy the mood.
“There is a song [that describes] the thing itself… so if you play a different song, you [mess] it up,” he added.
Stonebwoy’s biggest achievement was when he won the Best International Act (Africa) in the 2015 edition of the BET awards. Same year, he also won the Artist of the Year at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
Stonebwoy holds a degree marketing—having completed his tertiary education at University of Professional Studies in 2013.
Come give me some love Stone…lol just kidding
