If you live in Ghana, it’s far from difficult to come across all sorts of self-acclaimed roaming pharmacists whose single drugs cure all kinds of diseases – and these individuals are often found in commercial vehicles.

Somewhere in Ghana, the man in the video was spotted selling Fante Kenkey. Not only does his kenkey serves as food for the hungry soul, it functions as medicine as well – some sort of ‘magic’ kenkey you’ll never come across in town.

According to him, his kenkey is able to cure toothache, waist pain, gossip and several ailments.

For the countless Ghanaian policemen out there who are not able to arrest criminals, this man claims his kenkey is the only cure for this problem.
