Angelina Jolie And Brad Pitt To Adopt A Syrian Orphan

Brangelina already have a sizeable number of children, six; but Angelina’s bleeding heart cannot resist helping.

Angelina Jolie and husband Brad Pitt are reportedly finalising plans to adopt a Syrian orphan. Syria has been in the news too much lately,a combination of being a ‘hotbed of terror’ and the millions fleeing as a result and being caught in horrible conditions.

The Syrian refugee crisis is etched on everyone’s mind at this point, and the UN Special Envoy for Refugees met the orphan on a mission to the country.

The child is one of three brothers who were orphaned after their father was taken away by soldiers and their mother killed in a bombing incident.

Jolie wanted to adopt all three, RadarOnline reports, but Pitt had to be the pragmatist who said adding three children so suddenly might not be the best idea for a family already numbering eight.

“Angie wanted to adopt all three, but when she got back to the United States, and told Brad about it, he said no,” a source told RadarOnline.

“Going from six children to nine was just way too much, and Brad was concerned about how it would impact their other kids. But Angie didn’t put up a fight. She knew it just wouldn’t work. But they compromised at adopting one.”

Angelina and Brad are already parents to six children, three biological including Shiloh, eight, and six-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne; and three adopted, Maddox ,13, from Cambodia, Pax, 11, from Vietnam, and Ethiopian Zahara, 10.
