Over the weekend, Ghana’s very own musicians-Bollie and Reggie Zippy, now called “Menn On Point” made Ghanaians proud with an exciting performance at UK’s X-Factor audition—which became the talk of social media.
In fact, several UK media outlets lauded the performance of these two Ghanaians who said they are pushing for “World Domination.”
Following the performance and social media conversation, controversial-Ghanaian film-maker Socrate Sarfo is reported to have said that, the two musicians should be supported by Ghana’s government.
What for…?
He claims that the two are promoting Ghana with their X-Factor participating and as such; the government must take interest in this and support or sponsor them.
Really? When we need money to fight malaria and other diseases which is killing several Ghanaian children?
What a joke!
what is wrong with what he said? what has this got to do with malaria? There are so many ways the government can support them not only financially, dont we have a ministry for creative arts? is it not part of government? even if the government support them financially, how much are they gonna give to them that can eradicate malaria……. mtcheeeew.. haters..
