Nick Gordon’s fortunes took a turn for the worse when he was hit with a new lawsuit more explicitly linking him to Bobbi Kristina’s eventual death by claiming he gave her a toxic cocktail.

The Conservator, Bedelia Hargrove claims Gordon returned home after “a cocaine and drinking binge,” and engaged Bobbi Brown in a fight accusing her of cheating on him and called the 22-year-old a “bitch” and “whore.”

Hargroves lawsuit reads:”Gordon gave Bobbi Kristina a toxic cocktail rendering her unconscious and then put her face down in a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage.”

But in a swift riposte, Gordon’s lawyers have called the allegations contained in the amended lawsuit ‘baseless’. He thinks they are a fictitious assault on him, the one who loved Bobbi Kristina the most.

“Nick has been heartbroken and destroyed over the loss of his love, and it’s shameful that such baseless allegations have been presented publicly,” His lawyers Joe Habachy and Jose Baez said in a statement.

“Nick has engaged civil counsel and intends to defend the lawsuit vigorously and expose it for what it is: a fictitious assault against the person who loved Krissy most.”

Gordon has had numerous challenges with the Houston/Brown family, often bordering on open hostility. He’s the one most blamed for Bobbi Kristina’s unfortunate end.

Bobbi Kristina Brown was found face down in a bathtub in her Georgia home at the end of January, dying six months later after being unable to pull out of her coma.
